Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. Australia Post may leave your parcel at your nominated delivery address if a letterbox is available or if they deem there to be a safe place.

Your payment is considered successful once you receive an instant order confirmation email outlining your purchase. After your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a follow-up email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website, allowing you to track your delivery right to your door.
