Promoter: This giveaway is run by Ochre Threads (“Promoter”).

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents only.

• Entrants must have a valid Instagram account.

• If a non-Australian resident enters and is selected as the winner, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be re-drawn.

2. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway closes at 6pm (AEST) on 5 March 2026.

• The winner will be drawn on 5 March 2026.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) toddler camp chair with umbrella attachment

• One (1) bucket hat

The winner will:

• Choose the stitch colouring for the bucket hat

• Choose one (1) name to be stitched on both the chair and the hat

• Confirm personalisation details via Instagram Direct Message

The same name must be used on both items.

The total prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random on 5 March 2026.

• The winner will be announced via Ochre Threads’ Instagram Story.

• The winner will also be contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message (DM).

5. Shipping

• The prize will be shipped free of charge to one Australian address only.

• Items will be shipped once personalisation details have been confirmed.

7. General

Ochre Threads reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries
