Editing Orders
Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed, particularly for personalised items. Errors made at checkout (including spelling, sizing, or address details) are not eligible for a refund or replacement, so please check all details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds for change of mind products, once approved, will be subject to return shipping costs at buyer’s expense.

Dispatch & Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 7–9 business days and produced and packed in chronological order. Express Post speeds up delivery only and does not reduce processing time.
