Prices on Ochre Threads are correct to the best of our knowledge. In rare cases of pricing errors, we reserve the right to adjust the price.

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email receipt confirming your purchase. This is not a contract. Orders may be cancelled due to payment issues, low stock, suspected fraud, or other reasons. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 14 business days. We may also update our website, products, or services at any time.

We may run competitions, prize draws, or promotions with separate terms, which will be provided at the time.

If you email a product to someone, you confirm they’ve consented, and you agree to indemnify Ochre Threads against any claims under the SPAM Act 2003.
